When having issues with ulnar drift, the LMB Soft Core Wire-Foam Ulnar Deviation Splint supports the MP joints while aligning the proximal phalanges. Without the use of tools or heat, the splint can be easily shaped to conform to each individual's hand. This splint is suggested for light use only.
