Slip arms through armholes and adjustable Velcro straps at the shoulders for the desired length.
Lay plush panel across the chest area.
Stretch Velcro tabs across the body and connects it to the plush panel to the desired compression.
Finally, adjust the Velcro straps at the shoulder to the desired compression.
