    The Toilevator Toilet Riser is an alternative to elevated toilet seats; the Toilevator raises 14" and 15" round or elongated toilets by 3-1/2" at the base. It is ideal for facilities; the ADA compliant toilet riser is comfortable for those who have difficulty with standard-height toilets. The Riser is a universally designed modification kit come with instructions and all hardware needed for easy installation.

    I ordered a Patterson 6793 Riser as noted above.  You substituted a Hart TV300 riser without consulting me.  The 6793 sells for around $200 (your price $171) and the Hart TV 300 sells for around $90 dollars.  The Hart is a cheap piece of plastic that will not  fit in my bathroom.  All attempts to get a refund (full of partial) have failed.
