Inlet and exhaust HEPA filters: Rated at 99.99% efficient at a 0.3#m particle size; HEPA filters can be individually aerosol tested; sealed to glovebox with stainless steel frame; 76mm diameter inlet and exhaust ducts with sanitary shut off butterfly valves
Airlock doors include PLC controlled, double-door interlocking mechanism; includes passive HEPA purge
