The Plextalk Desktop Player offers the same access to digital formats and content as the Plextalk Pocket Digital Talking Book Player with the addition of larger buttons and a CD player for playing music, book, or WMA CD's. It also supports books from Learning Ally.A cover hides the less frequently used buttons, allowing more simplified access to simple leisure activities such as basic reading. Additional features include voice guidance on all keys and operations, voice speed and tone control, and a sleep timer to automatically turn the power off after a specified period. No internal memory or Voice Memo function.
