Sterile, tamper-evident Yellow foil bag port seals printed with “CHEMO” in Black type protect the point of entry of IV bags containing chemotherapy drugs.

Pharmacy safety seals with preprinted message cover the IV bag port to prevent medication contamination and accidental double dosing. The tamper-indicating foil outer layer provides visible evidence of a needle puncture and makes it easy to see the bag is free from tampering.

Removal of the seal's outer layer leaves a printed "OPENED" warning and cannot be reapplied.

Seals maintain adhesion when refrigerated or frozen in cold drug storage conditions.

Packaged in easy-to-use clamshell dispensing containers.
