Triple Display - Simultaneously show high, low, current probe temperatures or room temperature. Choose from Fahrenheit or Celsius display.

Sensors- Uses a non-sealed sensor. 10' micro-cable permits refrigerator doors to close on it.

Min/Max Log - Records (MIN) and (MAX) temperature from the last time the user manually clears the memory to the current temperature. Thermometer does not store readings.

Programmable Alarm - Alarm is programmable in one-degree increments. Visual and audible signals continue even if temperature returns to non-alarm range for up to 12 hours.

NIST Traceability - Individually serial-numbered Traceable Certificate is included with each thermometer. Includes 1 AAA battery.

Recalibration is the customer's responsibility and annual recalibration is recommended.

Temperature Range - Reads air temperatures from 23°F to 122°F (-5°C to 50°C) and external probe reads range from -58°F to 158°F (-50°C to 70°C) with a resolution of 0.1° and accuracy of ±1°C.
