    I was disappointed that I received an email that my order was received with no information about when I should expect it to be shipped. I reached out via email and online, after 3 weeks with no communication, to try to get this information but I never received a response. I then received an email that my order had been shipped, again no information about when it should be received. We then finally received the shipment but only received one of the items we ordered. I had to call to find out where the second item was. Why didn't anyone respond to my original inquiry? Why did no one contact me to let me know that the second item I ordered was not available?
