    I ordered the LS&S 101018 Extra Large One Button Talking Watch  for my mom who went blind recently. The volume is way too low for an elderly person to hear (even with hearing aides.) The button to hear the time is difficult to push/hold in. I sent the watch back for a refund and it was sent back to me, non-refunded. Very frustrating. What was meant to help give my mom her back a little independence has become a frustrating disappointment.
